I spent 4 nights with Naomi this week. It was our two year anniversary on Friday so I went over on Tuesday and ended up staying until yesterday. It was amazing. We mostly did the same as normal during the week. Sitting around watching gameshows, playing with Sasha (dog), bathing Ronnie and Dusty (rats), and I got to play with Jenny (hamster) for a while on Wednesday. After we bathed the rats on Thursday, they were cuddled up on a towel on the couch when Ronnie decided she wanted to explore. Next thing we know, she's jumped onto the coffee table and straight onto Sasha's back. Tried to grab her and she ran up onto Sasha's head. Poor dog was just stood there looking at us like "Why are you all laughing at me? " We managed to catch her and put her back in the cage since she was getting way too hyperactive. It was adorable.
On Friday we woke up, did the whole "Happy Anniversary, I love you" thing, exchanged cards, cuddled for a while, and decided to get up. Naomi said she was going to make me breakfast while I was getting dressed and fixing my hair, and when I got downstairs she brought me this:

How cute is that?!

We cuddled and chilled most of the day and she got me flowers and chocolates because she's adorableness. Her dad dropped us off at my house so I could pick up my work stuff (meaning I could stay the night and just go straight to work from Naomi's house on Saturday). From there we went to this nice Chinese restaurant for dinner. 3 courses for £9.95.
Aside from Naomi finding chicken in her mushroom noodle soup (occupational hazard of being a vegetarian and dating someone who isn't) and my "sweet chilli sweet and sour" having NO sweet and 100x the chilli I was expecting, it was really good. Thankfully Naomi had chips with her meal and gave me one of those to help my mouth which was in serious pain from the spice and my stubbornness that I WOULD finish my dinner.
Unfortunately, I think that chilli was too much for me. Woke up about half eight on Saturday morning, realised I was about to throw up, and had to quietly get up, put some clothes on, and run downstairs. Shortly after when I was lying on the bathroom floor feeling like death warmed up, I realised I was due in at work at 2. Called in and told my manager I thought I might have food poisoning or something and she thanked me for calling. Naomi being the sweetheart she is wasn't bothered at all, she just tucked me back into bed, told me to drink lots of water, and generally looked after me. :3 Lots of water and a couple of hours of on-off dozing later I felt better and her dad took us all out to the beach for the day.

Ain't we cute?

Was dropped off home after that and went straight to bed since i was completely exhausted. I still am and have had a pounding headache most of the day, as well as being a bit sniffly. Hope I'm not coming down with something. With any luck it's just a touch of hayfever since I know a lot of people have it really bad just now.

Enough rambling! But I had to vent about what an amazing week I had and how insanely happy I am right now. So many things are starting to fall into place, I don't want to go into details and jinx it, but I can't wait to start things for real. It's going to be amazing! Now I'm off to snuggle on the couch with my duvet and energy juice and chill. Hopefully I feel better in the morning and can make a start on my exam essay for psychology. Ethics! Yay!
