I'm happy today because... I had a great weekend in the city! Got to see an old friend from high school, who made me laugh bunches (and since he was flirting with me at a couple moments, I felt a bit less ugly :-P ), got to see my friend I went to college with, along with his family (his wife and I had a laugh at his expense when he burned dinner, and his 3-year-old daughter seems to have taken a liking to me ), then hung out a bunch with my good friend, even got some bar-hopping done, as well as getting into a private party at the one place, without knowing the Birthday Boy. :-P When we got past the guy in front who was turning down the Unwanteds, realized the bartender was someone who used to work at the one Alternative/Goth/Punk/Vintage store, and then the woman who used to do bartending for the Goth nights that have since discontinued came by, so we did know some people.

Overall, good times. I'll be reminiscing on this for awhile! :-D

I'm happy today because I'm feeling confidant (for the most part) about my finals I have to take tomorrow and Thursday.

I'm happy today because...
I got waken up by a friend calling me just to chat. People never call me, except telemarketers and wrong number calls, really. So this was a nice change. And he randomly complimented me. Though, I'm skeptical as to whether he meant the compliments, it was still at least a nice thought.

Talking to my bro in Iraq via Facebook. He asked me if I'm going to Frosh. xD Then he offered to buy me my dress, and get his GF to help me pick it out. Oh god. See, I'm probably not going, but maybe I will for the hell of it. I'll go with some friends.

Im happy today because he let me know its ok to do something that I felt so guilty about. But Im happy that he knows I really tried and this is just how it worked out and he can accept that because I think that means he knows how much Ive been through and how difficult it is for me... so Im happy he is being understanding

I've done some work towards my essay
I'm getting along well with my boyfriend's friend
I've got a French maid outfit for Charlotte's fancy dress birthday and I look hell sexy
WE HAVE A HOUSE FOR NEXT YEAR
I played the trumpet in front of 5 people without breaking down in nerves
I got 16/20 on my technology test
Overally, I'm happy cos I've had a good week



Sometimes it's better to forget how you feel

I'm happy today because she said she'd missed talking to me, so it wasn't one-sided =)

There's always light at the end of a tunnel, even if you have to pass a few bends to see it.
