I am off my meds totally now after weaning off and the depression has already hit. I'm angry, sad, miserable. I have been having self harm urges but since it's been almost two and a half years I never have my tools on me anymore. I'm starting to think about taking them again.

I give up on learning how to drive. I accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. We were in reverse so we reversed fast and almost went up and over a curb. I'll never get my license which means I'll never get...

I know what you're thinking.

When you go through a setback
Such as losing a friend,
Breaking up with a significant other,
Or maybe you're having trouble
Going after what you want,
Going after your dreams.

You hear that cold, negative voice
Telling you that you can't have it,
That you can't do it,
That you're not meant
To do something big with your life,
That you'll never be good enough

I don't know why it upset me.

I don't know why it angered me.

I don't know why I felt something in me snap.

I didn't know this girl,
Nor did I take the chance
To see if she was doing okay.

Though, by looking at her face,
From where I was sitting at in the library,
I could tell that she most likely wasn't.

And it wasn't just an expression.

Her face was badly bruised.

This poem differs from all the others I've been writing. This one I don't really include a message to be learned from, but more like my own experience of how my high school crush never came to be, and I'm sure some can relate to this. This is written in the eyes of how I saw this experience back in high school.

I am fed up of fighting an endless battle. No matter what I do it is not going to get any better then it is right now. I don't want to keep trying anymore. I just want it all to stop.

Stop me if you've heard this:
You make plans with someone,
You ask if they can show up,
They say "Yeah for sure,"
Or "Maybe, I'll get back to you."

Then, on the day of

Lately life has seemed to have won. I have had setback after set back after set back and each time it seems harder to get back up and smile. I now have nobody in my life who will listen and I just want to give in and stop trying.

Getting offended.

It's where everyone is
Getting so butthurt
Over almost every little thing,
Whether it'd be over people,
Or even something
As controversial as politics.

Then, when someone gets offended,
They have to whine and cry
Like someone killed their dog,
And act like entitled little bitches
