New Live Help system. .
Hello everybody,
Just to let you know that today we've launched a new Live Help system, so the next time you go on it will look somewhat different. There's not a tremendous amount to tell you about the system as it works more or less the same as our previous one did. The main benefit to us of the new system is that we have much greater control over it.
