I realized today that I've been good about stopping negative self talk in its tracks. It doesn't always get rid of the feelings, urges, or thoughts, but it certainly helps. :D

Cleaning the cuts, covering them with a bandaid, and also using a disinfectant (like Neosporin) can definitely help cuts heal...
