Good day.

Spent two hours today on the Wii Fit stretching and exercising and balancing and playing games. It was really good. Was all sweaty by the end of it so I had a really nice long shower and borrowed some of my mum's fantastic smelling shower gel. It's amazing how brilliant a little exercise and self pampering can make you feel.
I really enjoyed doing the stretches and stuff so I wrote them down and I think I might do some more tonight. Decided that I really need to get more fit so I'm going...

Nightmares. (Trig: Abuse)

Nightmares. Constant. Last night was horrible. Got a good 11 hours or so of sleep and I'm still exhausted.
Was dreaming about my cousin. We were in the pool with a load of other people and she refused to leave me alone. She kept grabbing me. Hurting me. Pulling me under the water. Pinning me down. Pulling off my swimsuit and touching me.

I was so scared and nothing I did would get her off me. No matter how much I cried and screamed and shouted and kicked out, no one paid any attention....

Spent the day in bed today. Not been that well, really. Dozing on and off and watching crappy TV.
Had a headache and mum said to take paracetamol because apparently ibuprofen is too strong. Told them that because the paracetamol wasn't sugar coated it'd make me sick but they said I'd be fine.
So now I'm sat on my bed, not only feeling bad, but now I feel like throwing up too. Fml.
They just think I'm being fussy. But honestly, if they had to taste something that horrible every...
