I have been on TH for a year today. I just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me during my time. Or who i have chatted with. I have felt welcome. I have made so many great friends and hope to make more while im here. Thank you.

In the past weeks i reallized my counsellor wasnt helping me much. I told my parents and today was my last appointment with her. Im starting a new therapist next week.I don't even want a new one. :/
I don't know if im really getting better or not. Somedays i feel fine, then others i feel suicidal again. Or daytime i feel happier, night i feel horrible.
I have off school for the rest of the week and my parents still don't trust me.. I wish i could be trusted..
