What you you need to do is if you feel the urge begin, distract yourself. Go for a job, watch a funny tv show/movie, listen to some happy music, read a good book etc. Even if you have to keep doing...

Depending on the type of job it is, it's possible. I mean there's always work at home jobs you can search for online and work entirely at home and I think most if not all of them are at your own...

I think it is very possible. Just remember to balance eating healthy and the right amount of exercise. As long as you don't go to far with either, you'll be fine. :)
